United States Shipping Policy
Fast, insured domestic express shipping straight to your doorstep.
All orders of $75 or more ship 100% free. A flat $5.99 subsidized rate applies for orders under $75.
Standard transit via USPS Priority & commercial express arrives within 3–5 business days nationwide.
Reinforced dual-walled packaging protects the cattleman crown and mirror tiles from transit crushing.
Processing & Handling Time
Every Cowboy Disco Hat is inspected for tile adhesion and packaged with internal foam bracing prior to dispatch.
- Standard Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Express Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are queued for same-day or next-day warehouse pickup.
- Holiday & Festival Rush: During peak festival seasons (Stagecoach, Coachella, Halloween, New Year's Eve), processing may take up to 3 business days. We recommend ordering at least 10–14 days in advance of your event date.
Door-to-Door Order Tracking
As soon as your shipping label is generated, you will receive an automatic dispatch email with your official tracking number. You can monitor your package live at any time using our on-site Order Tracking Portal.
Important Delivery Step: Unboxing Video
When your package arrives, please remember to record an unboxing video before breaking the shipping seal. As per our Return Policy, we accept damage claims only for items damaged during carrier transit, and a continuous uncut unboxing video is strictly required by our insurance underwriters to approve an immediate replacement or full refund.
Shipping Destinations & PO Boxes
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO military addresses. We also deliver to standard USPS PO Boxes. Please ensure your apartment, suite, or unit number is completely entered at checkout to prevent delivery delays.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your porch, building lobby, leasing office, and with neighbors.
- Carriers occasionally scan items as delivered a few hours ahead of actual doorstep drop-off. Please allow 24 hours.
- If still missing after 24 hours, contact us at support@cowboydiscohats.com with your order number and we will file an official USPS carrier investigation.
