1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through cowboydiscohats.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Website or purchase our products.
2. Artisan Craftsmanship & Product Characteristics
All Cowboy Disco Hats are individually handcrafted items set with over 1,200 real glass mirror tiles. Because of this authentic handmade process, subtle variations in tile spacing, symmetry, and finish are inherent characteristics of the craft and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Each piece is unique.
3. Return Policy, Final Sale & Mandatory Unboxing Video Clause
All sales are final. Due to the custom handcrafted nature of glass mirror headwear and strict hygiene standards for apparel, we do NOT accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing misjudgments.
Exceptions for Transit Damage Only: Returns, replacements, or refunds are authorized solely for products that suffer physical damage during carrier transit.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: To validate a damage claim under carrier transit insurance, the buyer must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The recording must show the sealed exterior packaging with the white shipping label and tracking number clearly visible prior to opening, followed by opening the box and displaying the damage in the same single continuous take. Claims must be submitted via email to support@cowboydiscohats.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery. Claims lacking an uncut unboxing video cannot be approved.
4. Pricing & Payment Gateways
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing typographical errors. Transactions are processed through verified payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay. We do not store full credit card credentials on our servers.
5. Shipping & Title Transfer
Title to products transfers to the purchaser upon carrier acceptance. We ship via tracked commercial carriers (USPS). Free express shipping applies to orders of $75 or more. The purchaser is responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping addresses.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on cowboydiscohats.com, including photography, brand logos, product descriptions, website styling, and software scripts, is the protected intellectual property of Cowboy Disco Hats. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cowboy Disco Hats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. In all circumstances, our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
