We accept returns and provide immediate replacements or refunds ONLY for products that arrive damaged in transit. To file a damage claim, a continuous uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment of delivery is mandatory. Claims must be submitted to support@cowboydiscohats.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery.

Transit carrier insurance policies require clear evidence that damage took place inside the box during transit rather than after arrival. An uncut video beginning with the intact shipping label and showing the box being opened in one continuous take provides the necessary proof to authorize an immediate free replacement or refund without dispute.

Our hats feature a Universal Fit of 56cm to 60cm circumference (US sizes 7 to 7 1/2). Inside each hat is a concealed ribbon drawstring sweatband. If you have a smaller head, simply tie the ribbon tighter for a snug custom fit. For step-by-step head measuring instructions, see our Size Guide.

We pack each hat inside a rigid double-walled crush-proof transit hat cage box with internal foam bracing. Each order also includes a complimentary packet of spare backup mirror tiles and an optical microfiber polishing cloth.

Orders over $75 qualify for Free US Express Shipping. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $5.99. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via USPS Priority in 3 to 5 business days with door-to-door tracking.
