Universal Fit with Adjustable Drawstring Cinch
All Cowboy Disco Hats are built around a standard western cattleman wool-felt crown designed to fit head circumferences between 56cm and 60cm (US hat sizes 7 to 7 1/2).
Inside each hat's inner sweatband is a concealed ribbon cinch drawstring. If your head is on the smaller side (56–57cm), simply tie the internal ribbon tighter for a snug, custom fit that stays locked on your head through all-night dancing and festival concerts.
How to Measure Your Head in 3 Simple Steps
Grab a Tape Measure
Use a flexible fabric measuring tape. If you don't have one, use a piece of string or ribbon and measure it against a standard ruler afterwards.
Position 1" Above Eyebrows
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head—approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and just above the tops of your ears.
Check Your Number
Hold the tape comfortably snug (not overly tight). Note your measurement in centimeters or inches, then compare against our chart below.

Hairstyles, Extensions & Festival Wigs
If you plan to style your hair in thick braids, high ponytails, or wear a festival wig under your disco cowboy hat, we recommend measuring your head while wearing your intended hairstyle. Add approximately 1–2 cm to your bare measurement to ensure a comfortable fit.
